Moving from ParentMail to ParentPay

Introducing ParentPay as our new online payment service (from 15th April 2024)

We are pleased to announce that we will shortly be changing our cashless payment provider for items such as dinner money, school trips and uniform. Using a secure website called ParentPay you will be able to pay online using your credit / debit card or to make cash payments at a PayPoint in stores.

What are the benefits to parents & pupils?
  • ParentPay is a user-friendly online platform and will offer you the freedom to make online payments whenever and wherever you like, 24/7. Watch a product demo here - ParentPay - Parents Overview on Vimeo
  • The technology used is of the highest internet security available ensuring that your money will reach school safely – offering you peace of mind
  • Payments can be made by credit/debit card and also through PayPoint – please contact us if you require details about PayPoint
  • Full payment histories, balance alerts and statements are available to you securely online at anytime

Our “Go Live” day will be the first day back after the Easter break 15th April 2024 so students won’t be able to spend from their new ParentPay account until that date and should continue to use ParentMail until the end of term.

However, once you have activated your account with ParentPay (see how below) you will be able to start to add funds for meals, purchase replacement cards, ties or resources in preparation for our students return after Easter.

During the school Easter holiday period all balances currently on ParentMail will be transferred by the school to ParentPay, with the exception of any open trip balances, any changes in regards to trips will be communicated by letter at a later date.
