Important update regarding year 11
Dear Parents and Carers,
This morning we have been made aware that four members of our school community have tested positive for Covid-19 over the weekend. This includes two year 11 students and two members of staff.
In light of this we have made the decision to move year 11 learning online for the remaining four days of term. This is a decision that has not been taken lightly but one that has been taken considering the number of cases in the year group over the last seven days and, consequently, the number of students that have now been asked to self-isolate.
All other year groups should continue to attend school unless they are too unwell or have been asked to self-isolate.
If your child, or a member of your household, does develop symptoms then they should arrange a test ASAP. The whole household should self-isolate during this period of time, either until a negative test result is received or for ten days if the test is positive. Please do see the NHS website for further details and guidance.
Many thanks for your understanding.
