Parent Governor Election Update - Ballot now open
We have received 2 nominations for the position of Parent Governor. As there is only one vacancy an election has been called.
Ballot papers were posted out on Wednesday 12th February to those who are entitled to vote and will need to be returned to the ballot box in the reception area in school by no later than 10.00 a.m. on Friday 28th February 2020. Ballot papers received after this time will not be counted.
The governing body of the Minster School has one parent governor vacancy and wishes to appoint a parent who has children at the school. The term ‘parent’ relates to any person who has ‘parental responsibility’ as defined by the Section 576 of the Education Act 1996.
