£6,497 to £6,626 pro rata rate
(£17,364 to £17,711 full time equivalent)

An opportunity to work in an outstanding National Teaching School housed in contemporary accommodation and located in the beautiful cathedral town of Southwell.

The Governors wish to appoint a midday supervisory assistant, working 15 hours per week. The successful candidate will be a member of the team responsible for the supervision of children on the school premises throughout the midday break, caring for their health, safety and welfare both in the dining room and around the school.  The role is temporary, to Easter 2020. The successful candidate will be committed to supporting and contributing to our school ethos of Succeeding Together and the values of Wisdom, Optimism, Resilience, Kindness and Service.

The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic, ambitious and creative teacher of Computer Studies and ICT. The successful candidate would be likely to teach Computer Studies and ICT up to KS5. The successful candidate will:

  • be an excellent classroom teacher of Computing/ICT able to teach throughout the age and ability range
  • have a graduate qualification in a relevant subject
  • be passionate about Computing/ICT and be able to inspire a similar enthusiasm in our students
  • be committed to raising the attainment of all students
  • demonstrate excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • be committed to supporting and contributing to our school ethos of Succeeding Together and the values of Wisdom, Optimism, Resilience, Kindness and Service
